Maddy is at home, relaxing in her PJ’s and talking to her friend on the phone, as if it were just a normal day. But today is anything but normal. In fact, it could be the last day of her life!

A sudden, crushing pain in her chest doubles her over, one hand clutching at her chest. She would have cried out had it not been for the wave of breathlessness that left her without a voice and dimmed her vision. When her friend asks what’s wrong, she instantly recognizes the signs of a cardiac event, but then the line goes dead, as Maddy collapses to the floor. An instant later, a panicked call goes out to 911 and an ambulance is dispatched to Maddy’s address.

The EMT kneels down to assess her, finding her pulseless and unresponsive. He automatically begins rescue breaths and chest compressions, while internally assessing the situation. His gut tells him he may need the defibrillator, so he strips off Maddy’s shirt, exposing her firm tits and rock-hard nipples, giving him access to her bare chest. Soon after, he considers the possibility of this patient requiring a femoral line or a catheter, and quickly pulls the girl’s panties off, discarding them and leaving Maddy completely nude.

Suddenly, the man felt a pulse! It was weak, irregular, but it was something to work with. Reaching for the paddles of his defibrillator, he let it charge and prepared to send volts of electricity through the unconscious girl’s naked body. Her back arched as the current flowed through her, limbs going rigid, then falling limp again. Again and again, he would alternate between shocks and manual compressions, desperate now that so many precious minutes had passed.

At last, exhaustion overtook him. Looking down at the beautiful girl’s naked body, he wearily admitted that he had tried everything and it still hadn’t been enough. Packing his gear, he called the time of death and left her body for the medical examiner. She would need to lie, exposed and on the floor, until he could examine the poor, unfortunate girl.
